Pyramid has provided the full management service to EK Green since purchase in 2004. Currently all tenants have been vacated, and the building has been demolished to allow for a new Cape Quarter Extension development. Pyramid will commence with letting of this exciting new retail centre in 2008.
Nedbank Centre
Pyramid provides a full management service to Nedbank Centre. Pyramid obtained the mandate to manage this 13 storey building in 2006. The vacancy levels were reduced from 25% to fully let in 11 months.
Matrix House
Pyramid provides a full management service to Matrix House, a 7 storey building in Cape Town's CBD. This building is anchored by Citroen, the Commission of Land Restitution and a number of small professional firms.
52 Loop Street:
This 5 storey building was taken over by Pyramid in 2006 with a 74% vacancy level. Over 2000 m2 of office space has recently been let to Bergstan Consulting Engineers, with Schulman's Linen occupying the entire ground floor retail component. The building currently has no vacancies.
Rondebosch Fountain Centre:
Pyramid offers the full management service to this retail centre on the Main Road in Rondebosch. This highly desirable centre has been sought after by tenants for a number of years. Most of the existing tenants have been in occupation for many years and it is very seldom that vacant shops become available.
Aroma Village Brackenfell:
Pyramid offers a reduced service to this property in keeping with a hands-on approach agreed with the Landlord.
